This is My Story

For more than 30 years, I have had the privilege of mentoring peers, subordinates, and even seniors with a deep conviction to encourage growth through personal and professional development. Whether in one-on-one sessions, leading brown bag discussions, improving worldwide governance processes, or speaking in public venues, my heart for serving others shines through. And I've seen how that service becomes contagious. 

During my time at sea, I served as the Senior Lay Leaders aboard two ships, where I led Sunday services and evening prayers for Sailors. After moving ashore to continue my engineering career, God called me in 2005 to join the Gideons, where I've served in seven different camps over the years. 

In 2022, I was blessed to graduate from The Master's Program (TMP), a three-year journey with God that transformed my life. Today, I share that transformation by leading TMPx LifeLaunch, an accelerated one-year version of TMP designed to equip others to live their God-given calling.
